Thanks to kefir, turmeric and ginger, this Anti-Inflammatory Peach Kefir Smoothie is loaded with probiotics as well as antioxidants, protein and lots of nutrients! It's a gluten-free, nut-free and delicious way to start your morning.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups frozen peaches (10 oz bag)
  • 1 banana (very ripe)
  • 12 oz kefir, full-fat and plain/unsweetened
  • 12 oz black/iced tea, unsweetened
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 tsp honey (more if needed for taste, like if a less ripe banana is used)
Instructions
  1. Add ingredients to a blender in the order listed above and blend until smooth. If fresh peaches are being used instead of frozen peaches, add ice as needed for the desired frozen consistency, about 1 cup.
